Executive Assistant

Marybeth Bohn recently joined The Connector staff in March 2020. Prior to her start, she worked for the University of Missouri, in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, for nine years.  A graduate of Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Geography-Travel and Tourism, Marybeth is skilled in coordinating international and domestic travel. Her talents include office management and organization, writing/editing, and project management. She has served as an events chairman, conference series coordinator, and site visit coordinator for visiting university dignitaries and traveling fellows. She has served on the University of Missouri’s School of Medicine Diversity & Inclusion Staff Committee and was the sub-committee chair for Brown Bag Events. Marybeth and her husband Steve enjoy traveling and have checked off five of the seven manmade world wonders (Great Wall in China, Petra in Jordan, Machu Pichu in Peru, Chichen Itza in Mexico, and Christ the Redeemer in Brazil). She serves as director of Communications for her church and is an administrator for JustServe.org, which is a website connecting organizations and volunteers. Most of all, Marybeth enjoys spending time with her family, which includes five grandchildren.
